Does bontemps offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free ground shipping on through UPS (2-5 day service) on all US orders over $90 before taxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International shipment will be soon available!
When will my order ship out?
Our order processing time is between 1-2 business days. We kindly ask that you contact email@example.com if your order appears to be further delayed. We look forward to getting you your order soon!
During holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.
When will I receive my order?
Transit times start from the date your order initially ships out, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your bontemps order:
Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) — Free within the United States on orders for $90+
UPS Express (1-2 business days) — $50
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via UPS and typically take 5-10 business days from the ship date. Puerto shipment will soon be available!
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please visit our detailed returns policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange on all orders. We accept returns on bontemps items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. If you have further questions, please email email@example.com for assistance with your return. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: We want to make sure you feel good about your gift so we are extending the free returns period. Any items purchased though December 25th can be returned until January 31, 2021.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or return.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When can I expect my refund?
You will be issued a refund once your return is received by our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
